Happy Fathers Day!! My prayer as most of us heard in churches through out the country today is that we realize the heavenly fathers love regardless of weither our eatherly father was good or bad..

The pastor at Church today has five characteristics of a good father..

These are not my ideas they are from a sermon I heard this Sunday

These are the heart of God for you. Based on the parable of the lost son.. Luke 14:11-32

A Good father
1. Loves his kids in spite of what they have done
2. models what is right
3.Makes provision for his kids
4. is always ready to exent love to his kids
5. Gives to his kids, and loves to give them extravigance..

May I be this kind of father!

I've had allot of things happend in my life. Nothing bad, but some of it has triggered some questions to ponder about our own lives. Ask these questions to yourself as you ponder where you life is going.

Question 1

I'm enough effort into everything I do?

Col 3:23 Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly as though you were working for your real master and not merely for humans.

Question 2

Am I close enough to God that no matter what I'm commited to him? Could my life fall apart in front of me and I would still devote myself to him?

Question 3

Am I example of Christ? Does my speach, actions and conduct show the change God made in my hearts? Have I allowed him to change my heart?

Question 4

Do I truly belive that unsaved people are going to hell? Do take oppertuntiys to point them to salvation?

Easter - spring time/new life in Christ

Although you would not notice from the weather spring time is I'm the way. As I look around see how this world must be confusing for those who are without Christ they have no clue what the don't have for allot of them they won't know until it's too late. The question becomes what am I doing to tell others the truth. Am I example of how the truth affects people or am I just like everyone else?

As you go about your days think about the sacrifice, stand amazed at the miricle of God then tell the world about how Jesus died for every person. So that he could tare down the veil and bridge the gap between the creation and the creator.

Pity or Promise

How do you respond when things are bad? Not a bad day but when you feel that life is bad? Do you feel pitiful? My challenge for us is to realize Gods promises.

The Bible says we are overcomers. What we see and even feel is not fact according to God. When you feel defeated realize that Gods word has the power to change your reality.

God has the power to change your image. And fix your failures and shortfalls. Listen to him today what is it that he wants to change in you? What actions is he calling you to take?

Maybe it's time to REFOCUS.

Here it is 456 in the morning and I'm awake. Its kind of fustrating because I'm tired but I can't sleep. I dont know why.. What I do know is that I've been told by many people that if you dont know what to do or why your a wake the best think you can do is pray. So here I am. Praying asking God whats so important to wake me out of a semi sound sleep..

Malachi 4

The Day of the LORD 1 "Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire," says the LORD Almighty. "Not a root or a branch will be left to them. 2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall. 3 Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things," says the LORD Almighty.
4 "Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel.

This is what God is saying to night on a personal level to everyone. Obiously especially me..

"Son wake up. The time has come for you to move forward. There are things to do you have waited long enought for me to make a move now is your time to jump on board and fufill your calling. Once you step in you will see my power. No more beliveing you are LESS THAN. My word says that you are MORE THAN a conqorer through me. It takes time for things to move forward but the time is now. Wait no longer your you will see my power right now. Shout out to the nations son! Shout out to the world. Salvation is here!!! Salvation has come to those who repent and seek Jahova!!!"

A NEW BEGINNING

Well hello again! I don't know who's going to read this since I haven't blogged for over a year. In fact I had to reset my account and stuff.. I going to start blogging again but I'm going to change the format a bit. I really feel like still continuing sharing my photography to you but the main focus is going to be my thoughts about things that are going on in my life and around me. I'm going to give you more info about the non profit I'm helping to start and about the thing that God's telling me.. so hold on and get ready for some cool things to happen.. start by visiting our website at www.help4hardtimes.org The top picture is our logo.. and the bottom is the aftermath of a flood that happened about 30 miles from here our ministry has been helping to rebuild and support families affected by the flood.. To anyone who might be upset because I haven't updated I'm sorry.. So here are some pictures from my trip to Flordia. Well Here I am in Arizona. Right now. I'm at the Grand Canyon. Here are some pictures..
1 & 4 are from the Sunrise this morning.. I was a dork and had my ISO up to 1600 because I forgot to change it back from when I was taking picture #2. #3 is Durning a sun set. My sunset pictures came out kinda ok other then the astro photography I'm not totally pleased with my pictures. I'll give it some time and I'm sure I'll feel better about some of them. I just got to remember to ALWAYS check my settings before changing situations!! I'm fustrated with myself so I'm going to not take as many pictures as I was going to. I think I'm just going to spend time time with the lord and be thankful for my vacation!!

FIRE WORKS!!

Today was the annual fire works show in lacey. They only time you experience "Seattle Like" Traffic in Lacey for about 20 minutes.. They do an ok show. Its short sweet and nothing like the big citys but they doing a good enough job that thousands of poeple come each year.

Now for the christian part of my speal.. May this picture remind you that God wants to light a fire in side of you that creates ahh in others. Not ahh of you but ahh of him.. ..

Its no wonder Cats don't like birds. If you where eating my food I wouldnt like you very much either. It was totally cool trying to catch this little guy. Any slight movement even being behind glass and he would split.

I'm very busy with work chruch and all that. In the middle of all this is the feeling of not knowing whats next. Its exciting I'm moving to a new place and things are changing. What amazes me is that we continue to learn and take in all these things. And no matter how much life experience you have God always has more instore for you to learn. I watch my pastors and when I'm going though stuff they always have the answers. And even in their life the have 1 answer for everything JESUS. But they even with 50 years of life experience are only seeing the tip of what God has instore for them. Billy Graham even with all the things that he's done he's only seeing a glimps of what God can do by simply moving his finger.

So if you are feeling like there is no hope for you that its the end of the road.. Remember that Gods plan for you is
1. for Good/not evil (Jer 29:11)
2. Full of hopes and dreams he is ready to fufull for you.

He just requires that you submit your life to him. Give up what you might think is your best option and give in to the truth of the hope of Jesus. I dont say the broad you I say this to the specific people who read my blog.. You where bought with a price you have a high calling and GOd is ready to change you from the inside out Give you peace joy and everything you could ever one. All he wants is the thing he gave you and he could take alway.. YOur life.. The difference his.. He wants you to lovingly give it to him.. See him as the king he his . The brother and the father he calls him self. .

1. I love photography and one day would like to have a studio for portraits but, my dream is to travel and have nation wide evangelism ministry. Its going to involve 6 tour busses.

4. I want to have a big family. More than 2 kids less than 10

5. I tend to be afraid that I dont fit in and that I'm not well liked. (trying to kill the fear of man)

All Dryed up!!

I don't know about you guys but I'm really tired of being all dried up. God is calling us to new level. He wants us to live a life of Fire and power. He wants us to deliver living water, life to everyone we meet. How can we do that if we don't time with him when we wake up we are not foucased on what life is really about. We concentrait on what we think our needs are when really if we have Jesus all we need is more of him and everything else falls into place.. We dont need to worry about food because he will privide.. Nor do we need to worry about what people think. My Goal Put God first.. Fix the piping in my heart and Show others what a christian looks like. Not there yet.. but I want too.. For get wearing a WWJD bracelet. I'm going to adopt the mind of christ and wear Jesus and his spirit every where I go!

Plant a Seed!
Todays Message: Plant a Seed! It amazes me that God created things that not only duplicate themselves but they duplicate themselves and spread. You never know where the seed you plant will end up. You know know how many other seeds will bare other seeds!

If you are foucased on serving only you nothing will come out of your life. When you stand before God your basket will be empty.. You will have no fruit standing behind you with there own fruit they created. One moment of you giving if your self can change the world because you never know when you loved the next Billy Graham. Divine Timing
I never thought I would capture something this cool this weekend.. A couple new events. My camera was out of comission for a while do to some sensor dust. Thanks to one of the guys at work its all fixed. I went to visit my mom this weekend and she is also exploring the land of photography. We went down town seattle and it just so happend that it was the first day of boating season and the coast guard was doing a show and tell. I just happend to be clicking when this guy jumped out.. Gotta love perfect timeing. I'm trying to foucas my life, my job, and everything else I do on Jesus and what he's done for me. I'm going to start working on my webpage again after I move I need to refoucas it and change some things. I took a good 400 pictures this weekend so I'll have some more soon.. Man Made Creation - Inspired By God
I love older bulidings. This one was ran down.. Even though its old and has history. I has beauty. What amazes me that the same way a builder put detail into this building and it looks beautiful. God created us put every detail into who we are and made us differnt from every other person in the world. He wants to spend time with us, talk to us and give us everything we need and more. Not only that God died so that we could have joy and life after death. Jesus gave us everything by forsaking all.

Why do we live our lives for ourselves in the name of God? We tell our friends we are Christian but when given the oportunity we don't stand up for him. Others can speak against him use his name volgarly and we sit in the background quietly. If Gays can speak for their rights bash thouse who stand up for truth. Why can't we stand up for what we know is right. Forsake all for his name.

Time Away!
Showing down and doing nothing is one of the hardest things for me. I tend to have lots of seasons where God tells me I need to lay down everything. The reason i've found is becasue I have had a patern in my life of picking things up. I like to collect hobbies. I don't completely fishish those hobbies I just start them. So once again here I am in a place where I'm suppose to foucas on nothing but God. Its hard there are so many distractions. Video games, people, the internet.

The more and more I think about it I only know one thing. The only things that has been constant in my life is God.. Not necessarly the depth of my relationship with him (that hasn't been contstant)but his desire to presue me even when I won't give him the time of day. When I would rather put him on the back burner than spend time with him. Its a pattern I really want to break and I want to keep others out of because it is a slipperly slope of pride and irrogance. As we come up on Easter the one thing that keeps me wakeing up in the morning is that God wont let me sleep in and miss whats next. Its amazing even when I have seemed less thant interested in him he puts me on the front of his mind. He thinks about me constantly. He tell me where to go and what to do. See what I know is my problem and possbily yours is not hearing God.. Most of us do that fine. Its doing what we know we should when it seems differnt from what we think thinks should look like. When I feel like giving up on myself God reminds me that he has a future and a hope for me. But I have to follow. I must to be willing to give my life to him so that he can change it mold it and make it as increadable as he planned for it to be.

Am I willing(ask yourself the same question)

You can't answer with words you must answer with actions. By doing!

Remember God spoke and he put his words to action, he didnt speak and then go just watch
tv.

Ever wonder how to know if your going in the right direction. Here's a hint. Everywhere you go and in everything you do you feel the presence of God. There is more of God in you then you. Peoples lives are being changed not by what you do but what God does in you!

I'm in the myst of change. I plan on Doing allot of personal journaling as well as some blogging so that others can see what I'm dealing in my life. I want others to know that with out God taking over every part of who they are they have no purpose. Our dreams with out time fail. We cant do things on our own. There is no way we can change our own lives dramaticly unless we surrender to to God refining fire.

That is wher I'm at now. God has told me to put everything on hold my new business my life my activies that don't have anything to do with him but are "me" foucased. I want to leave me behind and take up Jesus!!

Spring is Almost here!!!

What a weird week.. We had snow, hail in some places thunderstorms and today was beautiful. God is so awesome. He makes me appreicate his creation and see how much a miracle I really am. I cant wait to get more pictures of sping as flower start to blume.

Chilli!!
I love Chilli!! I have never made it from scratch before I entered into a cook off!! And well look at that.. I got 3rd place!! Even my pastors, (one of them happends to be the best cook in the world) liked it and said I did a great job. I know if I get her seal of aproval I acutally did a good job. NEXT YEAR 1st PLACE!!!

I need to get out more!
I haven't been out shooting for a while. I'm trying to balance things out. This blog is dedicated to my little sister Kara who had a motorcyle accident just recently in which she broke her neck. Thank God it was just a hairline fracture. Please be praying for a quick recovery.

Sunrise Sunset!
I got up normal time but left a little early to beat the sun. Looks like I was able to do that! It was really cold but not as bad as the day before.. Expect more pictures I'm taking a day trip with my brother and Emily.

An email I sent to Emily,

I need a way to get better at my morning time. My friend and I use to meet every morning and pray I miss that. I find that I tend to do better with others involved. I just saw Anne and told her how I left early to take a picture of the mountain. MY mistake was wording it that I got up early for photography… Of course here response was classic. “When was the last time you got up for God? “ Naturally I stood there looking like an idiot. Because I cant remember the last time. Actually I do. It was because I had acid reflux and I couldn’t go back to sleep. When I get married I think I’m going to have to create a time with my wife to do worship and prayer before we start the day. How cool would that be? I gotta give God more time. I’m just struggling with how to make my day fit. Guess its time to fix my priorities. I just am horrible and following through with self motivation. I’m great at leading if people so up, But if I’m by myself I don’t do very well.
